They're not telling us anything, so we're not helping them out much more either.

Con's: no address, delivered vacant?, no pics, needs to be all-cash
Ideally: this is a better play than
135 St. Johns if it can be delivered vacant. Pretty crucial info, one would suppose, for an all-cash buyer at these levels.
