When one of our favorite Bed-Stuy specialists said there was nothing west of Malcolm X Boulevard available anymore for less than $1M, it sounded like a sign of the times. The Bushwick end of Bed-Stuy can be a plus or minus, depending on who you ask. We've seen some great rental values over here, and this probably fits the bill as a condo alternative for lots of folks. Make a few updates and max-out the finished basement. Keep the yard paved, or greenify that badboy further. "Fruit-bearing Asian pear tree" in the back? Check!
