When Platinum Members catch one of the next-best buys in all of Crown Heights, it's nice to see the renovation coming along smoothly. Owners were kind enough to share a few updates on their very DIY-friendly process.

The nice thing about this house is all the mechanicals were already updated and in good condition, so the rest to be done was the fun stuff. The next house this nice on the block ostensibly wants more, but we think they'll get it in due time.
